What Is a Community Service Board?

Community Service Boards are Georgia's public providers of services for individuals and families living with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Established to respond to the unique needs of the communities they serve, CSBs combine local leadership with a statewide commitment to accessible, community-based care.

Together, Georgia's CSBs form a network that helps ensure individuals and families have access to essential services and supports close to home.
